About the Vol Portrait Project
Experience
Hi Vols! I’m Hannah, a Knoxville photographer with over 10 years of experience in portrait photography, and this is the Vol Portrait Project. It’s pretty simple: I offer free portraits for UTK students and members of the Knoxville community. No fees, no strings—just a chance to get a photo you feel good in. Whether you need a fresh profile pic, a graduation shot, or simply want to feel seen and celebrated, I’ve got you covered.
My Approach
I started this project, the Vol Portrait Project, because I truly believe that everyone in the Knoxville community deserves to have a portrait of themselves that they like. Not just the kind you need for a resume—but the kind that feels like you on a good day. Relaxed. Confident. Real. That's why I'm offering free portraits, especially for UTK students, as a Knoxville photographer dedicated to capturing their true essence.
Services
Most of these sessions for the Vol Portrait Project take place at pop-ups on campus or around town, providing free portraits for the Knoxville community. They’re quick, casual, and honestly a lot of fun. You don’t have to know how to pose or do anything fancy—just show up. If you’re a UTK student and curious, just send a message.
